ambivalence with desireability
August 5, 2015these apartments are a little on the old side but completely remodeled...they look very good when you first walk in..they are studio apartments...basically one big room..half linoleum kitchen side with gas stove and half carpet..living room side...nice big a/c..a big walk in closet and bathroom..there are two identical one story buildings...side by side..eight apartments to a building...thing I like best about these studios is...mostly brick walls..interior brick walls...very uncommon...the ...walls separating apartments are brick which absorb sound better..however...rent has gone up twice in three years by..$80...$469 mo. .electric is not included...only bad thing worth mention...some wall deterioration in bath...needs repair..and door needs weather stripping..they are close to ...mill ave section by a.s.u...where all the shops are..Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
