    We had a parking lot and they made it into new apartments. Now we are paying $75 to park across the street. Takes about 10 min to get to your apartment now ridiculous!!! Won’t be renewing my lease

    The good: beautiful apartments, friendly staff, close to Yale grad schools and I-91. The bad: -No covered parking and poor security. Cars have been broken into on a weekly basis this spring/summer. -Loud fire alarms every week or two make it difficult to work from home or have pets. This wasn’t a problem until the last couple months. No explanation as to why it keeps happening.

We have been able to implement several important enhancements to our community, such as a security vehicle patrol in our parking lot 7 days a week, but we are sorry to hear that your experience was not as good as we would have hoped for.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX! First couple months of living there my car was smashed into, then realized that the hood was down the block. My wife stopped walking around the neighborhood because of safety issues. These apartments also are poorly insulated, there is crazy amount of noise coming from the main road as well, and we have SEEN BUGS throughout the facility. Looks nice from afar but multiple factors can be seen after signing the lease trap. Also read the fine print in the lease, you have ...
    to give 60 days notice to vacate when the lease is over, they got us for an extra month.

    I love my place otherwise I wouldn't live here year to year but because the rent continues to rise without the option of seeing other apartments that may not be as much to move into (another floor? smaller?) - and that was an option before, transparent pricing that didn't change day to day. I get that all of these buildings do it but that doesn't make it right and again, at least if I could still see the various apartments same as in the past that would be great. The AC is quite loud and not ...
    efficient and the same goes for heat unless you want to spent A LOT of money on utilities. I keep my AC at 77 during summer and sometimes at 78 and winter 65 or 64. I live with it though and haven't found a better place that wouldn't cost more for a one bedroom or more importantly less and be newer. The maintenance is AMAZING and other staff super helpful.

    We have only lived here two weeks but so far we are very happy with our decision to move here. We love our apartment and everyone has been very welcoming and helpful - from the management team (Cayley, Cindy, and Ginger) to the residents that we?ve met. It?s a quiet neighborhood but a short and easy walk/bike to beautiful Yale Campus and the New Haven Green.

    I have lived in this property for two years now and I love my apartment, the layout and setup is perfect for me, including the large windows that add a sense of space and natural light that is hard to find. All the staff is very diligent, polite and willing to help, the neighbor community is respectful and responsible.

    I have lived here for a few years and do like the apartment and specifically maintenance staff who are absolutely amazing however - the apartments are not located downtown, AC and heat are very loud and to keep costs low one cannot really use them much, the place doesn?t have the amenities other apartments located downtown (new apartments) have yet rent is as high which is upsetting.
