March 25, 2026For a first apartment, it’s not bad. I had little to no issues at all here. The maintenance team is in point and professional, the staff is kind, and the services are on point. The only complaint I’d have is the neighbors not being courteous of quiet hours on work days. This situation is already been handled but other than that, it’s not a bad place!Property Manager Responded

January 8, 2026I am really enjoying my apartment , it’s very nice. Steve the maintenance supervisor is great. When I see him out around the property he always asks me “ how is everything in your apartment”. I am disappointed in the office management , I have had issues with them from the beginning. I reported smoking in the apartment from the people below me. On 12/27 I noticed them moving, so I was happy, as I am very allergic to smoke. I spoke to the office manger that the smoking never stopped and I was ...told they were moving. As of today’s date 1/8/2026, they are still moving , smoking and returning to Windmill Apts. I have seen people move , take a couple loads, but not take 12 days and return . I would have never complained about them moving for 12 days and returning , but the smoking continues. Thank You. Hopefully they will be gone for good soon!Property Manager Responded

November 20, 2025Great community. Jeremy is awesome!! Ive lived here for 3 years and have always had a great experience. Nothing much for complaints. The outside maintenance is always clean and presentable. Grass is cut and most people pick up after their pets.Property Manager Responded

September 25, 2025Apartment complex is pretty quiet. Has cool amenities like a pool, grilling area, playground and pet park as well. Apartment is renovated as well with brand new appliances.Property Manager Responded
