I NEED TO REPORT TO YOU THE FOLLOWING, YOU TAKE EVERY ONE'S MONEY FOR RENT, BUT AS MOST APARTMENTS, THE CORPORATION NEVER FIXES THE PROPERTY THEY OWN, EXAMPLE BIG TIME, THE ROADS HERE AT WIND OVER PALMS LOCATED OFFICE IS AT 310 OLYMPIC WAY 32901 IN MELBOURNE FLORIDA. THE ROADS HERE NEED BADLY TO BE REPAVED, VERY BUMPY, LOTS OF POT HOLES ETC, WALK WAY LIGHTING NEEDS MAJOR REPAIR, YOUR GROUND CREW, ALWAYS BLOWS LEAVES ETC ONTO THE LAWNS, NO WONDER THERE IS NO OR HARDLY ANY LAWN HERE, ALL THE TREES ...
REALLY NEED TO BE GROOMED. NOTHING IS EVER DONE HERE THE WAY IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE, AND IT'S A SHAME NOT ONLY FOR YOUR COMPANY, BUT FOR THE TENNANTS AS WELL, AND THE POOL IS IN NEED A A LOT OF REPAIR, NEEDS TO BE REDONE.
