Once was good, but has gone downhill

This place has become a joke. If you want to deal with gnat infestations, elevators that are broke way more than they actually work, and apartments that have painted over mold and poor upkeep, then this is the place for you. Prior to the pandemic they were a good place to live but now with the overworked maintenance team and lack of care from the front office and owners this place is truly sad. Hence the reason they are cheap for the area and always have a lot of availability.

Complex Not Well Kept

The fruit flies in these apartments are unbearable! We don’t keep trash in our unit and maintain cleanliness everyday! But no matter what we do and no matter the season (even during the winter), we have been constantly fighting fruit flies for months! Management has no viable solution and it seems like the fruit flies are coming through the vents. It is unbearable living here and on top of that, the constant weed smoke from neighbors will give you a constant contact high…so BEWARE!!!

Windsor at Brookhaven provides a great location. It’s overpriced and you will have multiple maintenance issues that will not be resolved promptly. The staff at the leasing off are rude and not helpful. Wouldn’t recommend.

Most was good, but elevator kept breaking down

I lived on the 8th floor and there was an elevator near my door. During the last month I lived there, the elevator was out more than 3 weeks without being repaired. All of us were forced to used the freight elevator - which means you had to go outside to the parking deck every day. Part of the time, both elevators were broken - and those were the only two that went up to the eighth floor. I tried to get a partial refund of my rent for this, and for other times when the elevator wasn't ...

working. Nobody in management cared - but certainly they kept collecting rent. I think that unless they completely replace the elevator that kept breaking down, it will never stay operational.

Windsor at Brookhaven is one of the best apartments I’ve lived in. Its central location is excellent, and the property is always clean and secure. Management is great about keeping in contact with us about complex-updates, and the occasional building-wide gathering is always fun and a great way to make connections with neighbors!
