January 27, 2026I absolutely love living at Windsor Central Arts. Kelly has the best personality and was incredibly helpful with leasing and building questions. He helped me pick the perfect apartment. I love the oversized balcony, floor to ceiling windows with the perfect amount of sun and sunset, huge kitchen with tons of storage space, oversized bathtub and the apartment finishes. Plus, the windows block out street noise! The community spaces are beautiful, immaculate and feel resort like. I love the roof ...pool- full sunlight!- and the gorgeous gym (has sunset views on the treadmill!). The community spaces are beautifully appointed and perfect for working from home. The building is well located, very friendly community and I absolutely love parking in the garage on my living floor - makes life easy.Property Manager Responded

November 21, 2025This place used to be a decent place to live due to the location but now it is absolutely not worth the trouble of dealing with management that could not possibly care less about their residents, especially when there are several newer apartment complexes within a half mile of this one that are just as nice or nicer and have cheaper rent. I don’t have enough time to say all of the negative things I think about Windsor Central Arts.
