    There are four elevators in the building and at least one is out of service at any given moment. Neither the elevator service vendor nor the building maintain supplies of duplicate replacement parts which seem to take forever to obtain.

    This place used to be a decent place to live due to the location but now it is absolutely not worth the trouble of dealing with management that could not possibly care less about their residents, especially when there are several newer apartment complexes within a half mile of this one that are just as nice or nicer and have cheaper rent. I don’t have enough time to say all of the negative things I think about Windsor Central Arts. I hope that this company goes bankrupt more than I hope for my ...
