    It necessarily to be shared, but Blaine from Maintenance was excellent! This is the 3rd time my breaker has tripped and caused my fridge to turn off. This is the second time I’ve had my fridge replaced. But each time, maintenance has been quick to respond and very thorough. They are the best pasty if living here!

    I am in my sixth year of living here. You cannot beat the location and convenience. I feel comfortable and safe in my apartment, and I do not intend to move anytime soon. They are making improvements now, like painting and pressure washing. Maybe landscaping will be next??

    I’ve only lived in this building for one month, and my experience has already been incredibly disappointing. I’m dealing with multiple unresolved issues that affect both my safety and the livability of my unit. The elevator is constantly broken. Just days ago, I got stuck inside it, which was terrifying. This isn’t a one-time issue. It has been down multiple times since I moved in, and there has been no clear communication from management about when it will be permanently repaired. It feels like ...
    a serious safety hazard that’s being ignored. There is also graffiti covering the rooftop seating area walls, which completely takes away from what’s supposed to be a peaceful and inviting communal space. It has been there since I moved in and hasn’t been addressed. The most frustrating and costly issue has been with my toilet. It was broken before I even moved in and still has not been properly fixed. The constant running and leaking caused my first water and sewer bill to be over $400. I was told I would be reimbursed, but I’m still waiting, and the toilet continues to malfunction despite multiple maintenance requests. On top of that, my unit was not move-in ready. The bathtub was filthy, peeling, and in unacceptable condition. It had to be resurfaced after I had already moved in, which was an unpleasant and avoidable inconvenience. For only living here one month and experiencing all of these issues, I regret my decision to sign a lease. I do not feel prioritized or supported as a resident, and I would not recommend this building to others unless there are significant improvements in communication, maintenance, and basic care for the property.

    The dishonesty I received when I came to tour, is bewildering! It was not discussed that I would live on the 1st floor. I work remotely and strictly requested that I have minimal noise distractions; my unit is on the 1st floor and near the loading dock dumpsters. Not what I requested. I’ve been locked in and out of my unit; I now have visible screws and wood that stand out from my door. The spiders and insects; I put in a ticket due to there being a space under my patio door. That also hasn’t ...
    been addressed. My washing machine acts violently when in the spin cycle, with limited items inside. An employee “texted” about it on 6/3/25; no one came to check in 6/4/25. I was promised a Ring Security camera when I applied in March, I was told I would receive it at move -in in April. It is now June and I still don’t have it. I live on the first floor, near a common area door; I would think my safety is a priority, but obviously it’s not. I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Windsor Chastain.

    I have lived at Windsor Chastain for 3 1/2 years and I don’t see me leaving anytime soon. I feel safe here and that is worth everything to me, The community is always routinely kept up. They regularly have cleaners, gardeners, painters, etc making the grounds beautiful. I would recommend Windsor Chastain to anyone looking for a safe, clean, friendly community to live in.

Secure parking, high ceilings, friendly neighbors and leasing staff, and such convenience to businesses and restaurants.     Management has gone way down hill since May 2024 that a group of 10+ other residents and I are trying to get out of our leases. It is an older property that needs repairs which can be understandable if management actually did something about it. But the issue is THERE IS NOBODY in the leasing office EVER to help resolve our issues. Leasing employees manage multiple locations so there will be days that nobody is here which is crazy! Recently management created a system where you can make ...
    appointments to meet with them. Myself and several others have made appointments, showed up to the office, and nobody was there! Some of the issues with the property: common area space not maintained or unkept, fire alarms going off constantly (at least once a week) with no prior warning, power goes out frequently with little to no warning, parking garage gate is broken pretty much every week so it is left open which has lead to non-residents coming on the property and trashing the place or pulling the fire alarm, the mailroom lockers break often so packages are left out in the open and sometimes stolen, gym equipment is broken and not replaced, I don't think the pool has ever been cleaned, dog pee and poop left around property, the hallways had a lot of mold on the walls but that was painted over with new paint last summer, pipes bursting flooding several floors in building 4, and the leasing office staff are never available to help us and a lot of times don't respond to emails. Now, I will say the maintenance staff are really nice and do try their very best. But there are so many issues that a lot of times they are just putting bandaids on items instead of really fixing things. Rent is inflated due to the great and safe location but there are other properties close by that charge less by the sqft and are managed better.
