Great staff and great place to live
June 11, 2018We really enjoyed living at Windsor Club. The office staff is friendly and attentive and the maintenance team is phenomenal! Quick to address any needs and nice about it. They made living there feel like a home! We outgrow our apartment but would recommend it to anyone. The apartment amenities are fun and convenient and the Seven Oaks clubhouse is an oasis! Parking was never a problem. I almost always could park right in front of my unit. Okay place to live
October 13, 2017We lived at Windsor Club for two years. Generally speaking the office staff was polite and generally got things done quickly. We decided not to renew due to the increase in rent, we bought a new build 4 bed room house and the Mortgage is less than what we were paying for rent. This place was a pretty good place to live, most of the neighbors were decent although there are always a few bad apples. My biggest complaint would be after we moved. We moved out a month before the lease ended I turned ...the air up to 79 degrees so we would not have a high electric bill for the month nobody lived there. I came back into the unit before returning my key and found that the staff on property turned the air below 70 after coming in to fix something. Our bill was just as high as it had been when we were actually living in the unit. The complex refused to do anything about it, not even an apology. Then we get a letter in the mail advising that they were keeping $45 of our deposit for a painting fee. Obviously $45 is not a lot of money, but are you telling me they don't normally repaint the units after someone had lived there for two years? I think it was just a way for them to grab a few more dollars out of our pocket on the way out. Typical. Glad I don't have to waste money on rent anymore.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 21, 2015This place is nice and quiet! All of the office ladies are incredible! My neighbors are super friendly and always willing to help each other out! I highly recommend this place for your place to call home! We have all the extras one could ask for 24hr gym access, pool, tanning bed, volleyball courts, and a park for the kids.. Great location, great management team and competitive prices
August 10, 2015This is the perfect location if you want easy access to I-75 and I-275. It's located within walking distance of Wiregrass Mall and close to a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, and movie theaters. The landscaping is beautiful, the clubhouse offers a wide variety of amenities including a sparkling pool, hot tub, fitness center, and tanning bed and the staff are all friendly and helpful.Review from Apartments.com
Love it
July 29, 2015My 8yr old and moved from a house for a smaller place but did not want to move to a place that didn't have a homey feel..... We found it.. The couple of small things that needed to be fixed were done immediately ... when I did the comparison of pricing for the same area and the same amenities they were much lower... Plus we can join the country club and because of where we live.... My son loves it... Our bathroom is large and there is a lot of storage space throughout the apartment ...
