They did not have unit ready on my scheduled move in date. They want to charge me a $400 "redecorating fee" they told me about this nowhere until they wanted me to sign the lease.

COCKROACH CENTRAL
September 30, 2021
This place is crawling with cockroaches. I have spent over $200 on pesticides and now have called a private pest control company because Windsor Court Apartments will not clean their roaches in their complex. I have called the health department at this point as well. Please save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to live here.

Don’t move into this complex

I honestly wish I could give zero stars because I have never experienced a horrible apartment complex ever in my life until now. The leasing office people isn’t very helpful and quite frankly.. pretty rude. So when I first moved into this apartment. They said this would be a great one as this is one of the nicer models and that I would love it.... first, I had electrical issues and they came back with “everything should be fine” as we were seeing sparks coming out to the outlet and never came out ...
to fix it until my whole power was out in that room. Also neighbors are leaving trash out in hallways and throwing their trash out on my patio. Of course the office doesn’t really help with that and then my apartment got infested with COCKROACHES from my neighbors and again they weren’t helping me at all. You will find better elsewhere.

Windsor Court is always looking for ways to make things better for their current and incoming residents and it is very much appreciated by this resident. Previous Review: What can I say about Windsor Court. I can honestly say it is the best complex that I have ever lived in, in my entire life. I have lived here since April of 2014 and ...
renewed my lease in April of 2015, 2016, and 2017, and am already planning to renew again in 2018. Location: PERFECT! Price: PERFECT! Office Staff: Jim, Karen, and Brandy and all other Sexton Property staff have all been terrific. Karen and I talked well past closing the very first day I stopped in to get information, and could have probably talked even longer. Jim has always been great from the first introduction to one another and every interaction has been great since. Brandy is awesome and can always make you feel welcome and upbeat even on the gloomiest of days. All the rest have come and gone on to do bigger and brighter things for their future, but they were great while they were here. Quality: PERFECT! Maintenance Staff: PERFECT! - Jacob, Jeremy, Brian, and all additional outside staff that have needed to enter my apartment have always been notified to me prior to their entrance, and they have never needed to enter outside of those requests. All maintenance requests that I've needed to submit were standard requests that were completed in a very timely manner. Overall this place is fantastically GREAT! They show you the exact apartment you would live in before you sign any paperwork so you know exactly what you are getting for exactly the price. I honestly haven't had a bad experience while I have lived here at Windsor Court. I can really call this place my home.

Definitely recommend these apartments. Nice location, pet friendly, Wi-Fi at the pool and clubhouse, and mine is furnished. I moved in a month ago. I needed a furnished apartment on short notice and a friend recommended this place. I feel safe in my apartment and the staff is always extremely courteous and helpful

Never move in

Maintenance are lazzy and only has one trash bin for the whole apartment complex. After you sign lease they just give you keys and does not show you were your apartment is.
