My wife & I moved from Long Island to Windsor Lake Apts.. We did it sight unseen. In the months leading up to our move Kathy & Megan were wonderful in answering all our questions & putting our minds at ease. The maintenance is on top of things right away and the grounds are kept immaculate. We could not be happier with the choice we made.

I just moved in and so far so good! Seaira and Megan at the front are great and everyone seems very friendly! I had a small issue with my washer and maintenance fixed it right away! This is also a super dog friendly place which I love. You can't beat the location either! Very happy I chose to live here!

Not only are these apartments spacious, they are in the PERFECT location! You are about 5 minutes away from everything! It’s AMAZING! There is so much extra parking for your guests, you have 1 assigned parking spot, and they have a spot for you to wash your car. You get both a patio and a balcony, it is animal friendly, they have a private fishing lake, an amazing pool, and an in unit washer and dryer. The amount of natural light in these apartments is magnificent , and the management team are ...

INCREDIBLE! Don’t even get me talking about their safety! I have had to leave for weeks at a time due to my job and my packages arrive and sit outside of my door for the entirety of the time! When I come home they are still there untouched! What more can someone ask for?! The only thing you grill lovers should know is that you cannot grill outside your patio but you do it by the pool!! The minute you step foot into this apartment complex you’ll get a sense of peace and you’ll end up falling in love with it as much as I did! ** One Year & 1/2 Update** Reviews are super essential when it comes to picking out your new home! Honestly, we struck gold with this apartment complex! The amount that you pay for the amount of space you get is unbeatable! I have friends that have moved to apartments around the area here in Virginia Beach... and man do they suck! They are either paying WAY TOO MUCH for the amount of space they are getting, it's an old apartment or the area/management are quite awful! The only downfall of this place are the Thin Walls. You can sometimes hear your neighbor talking while you’re in your bedroom but for the most part it hasn’t been bad! Highly Recommend this place!

Windsor Lake Apartments is a great community. The location is great, near and central to everything the beach, parks, town center, and the essentials. Our neighborhood is diverse and friendly. Our children enjoy the pool and the Windsor lake walking trail around the lake. The apartment itself is nice and clean. Great patio for the kids to play on. Very nice space! The staff are friendly as well.

Winsdor Lakes is a perfect place to raise families ! This complex is surrounded by a lake that many people use as a dog-walking trail or a running trail. The scenery is perfect, you are surrounded by ducks and all other types of natures beauty. It is right in the heart of virginia beach so it is easily about 15 minutes to drive anywhere. There is a large pool with a sauna, gym, even a free massage service for residence !!!!

I lived here for almost 2 years and if I could've stayed longer I would. It is a great community. On the holidays they have events for families. The view of the lake is beautiful, I used to take my kids on walk around the lake and they loved it. The staff was always helpful and really easy to talk to. Maintenance always came either a few minutes after you called or the next day. The only problem I ever had was my washer kept clogging but they always fixed it the same day. I have THOROUGHLY enjoyed living here at Windsor Lake, the office staff was extraordinarily helpful when I was choosing and moving to this neighborhood. The maintenance staff is always friendly, and quick to respond even after hours! Julie at the front office even found me a daily dog walker from within my friendly neighbors! The amenities are superb. Unfortunately two office staff members had to depart, just this July and in these short few weeks I have encountered multiple inaccuracies, and ...

panic inducing statements that could have been summed up via friendly phone call like Julie used to do. Katie, specifically, is the new staff member causing inconveniences that even pushed two of my favorite long term neighbors to choose to move from the community due to recent dissatisfaction. I would hate to see the community I love with quiet, friendly neighbors, attractive grounds keeping and cleanliness, and helpful staff whom you'd send a Christmas card to, turn into a typical apartment "complex".
