Definitely Not Acceptable
December 26, 2019Went to take a look at these apartments today. I can’t even believe they would show the apartment I saw today, to a potential renter! Not only did it smell horrendous, it was absolutely not even slightly clean, and had dead cockroaches throughout the place!!! This was what I saw for a 1st time showing...I’d be so embarrassed if I owned this place or were the one showing this place to anyone.... Sorry Windsor Towers, I’m 100% sure I can find something better and cleaner... You need to do some ...seriously cleaning, updating, and extermination. Clearly you do not take pride in your building and I would recommend it to anyone unless they wanted a huge apartment in such nasty conditions!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Disgusting!
July 25, 2018It is VERY dirty! The apts smell bad! Dirty waste/dumpster areas constantly overflowing, broken curbing, drugs and rules aren't enforced. Constantly not meeting up to city code! There is a residential rat/rats that travels between the walls from unit to unit that the owners call "their friend(s)! Sick people!Review from Apartments.com
