I fre up on the north shore but left for college and didn’t return until 2016 when I found looking for places to live My brother in law recommended Melrose Windsor was the first (and as it turned out the only) complex I visited my law firm
Fixed me up with a real estate agent who met me at Windsor she said it was by far and away the best place of which she was aware
9 years later — well, that speaks for itself The facility itself and the beauty of the landscaping, my apartment, ...
management, maintenance (especially Mike who has been a life saver) have all been nothing short of fantastic. strategically located (to Boston, turnpike, NH and ME, beaches, and mountains) and in such close proximity to so many amenities, no living alternative comes close well, actually, I dont see any alternative!

Very nice, safe, clean community with great amenities. Gym could use some upgrading (mats and other things old and worn) otherwise their maintenance and upkeep of the property is great and they have community events often. Families that live here are nice as well!

The maintenance team, particularly Mike and Kenny, are simply outstanding. On Friday morning, I noticed that the sink in my bathroom was developing a slow drain. It was not an urgent problem but I submitted my maintenance request late morning on Friday before I left to get a haircut. When I returned mid afternoon, the maintenance team had already resolved the problem.

Friendly, courteous neighbors, 99.9 percent of whom adhere to no-smoking regulations on property, though sometimes guests take liberties. Great location. Easy walk to Orange Line. Easy walk to downtown Melrose and Malden.Private gym that I use for strength classes is right on the property. Pine Banks park right across the street. I hardly drive anymore. Really feel at home here.

Kenny did a fantastic job! The bath towel rack in my bathroom became loose. I submitted a work order on Wednesday evening, and Kenny arrived at about 9:30 the next morning. He promptly made the repair. And he, as he always is, was friendly, professional and thorough. He and the entire maintenance staff at Windsor at Oak Grove are excellent.
