I submitted my maintenance request at about 5:30 pm on a Thursday afternoon (the blinds in my bedroom were not working properly), and Dave arrived at about 9:30 the next morning (a Friday) and installed a new set of blinds within an hour or so. The maintenance requests are addressed promptly and fully, the property is well maintained, the units are spacious and well soundproofed (we are on a second floor apartment and do not hear our neighbors above or below us), and the Windsor leasing team is excellent. Noisy
April 15, 2025Windsor at Oak Grove, Melrose and Malden is noisy. It’s all kids and dogs with slamming doors. It’s so expensive that now I can’t afford to get out. You can hear people walking around their apartments even on the top floor.Property Manager Responded

April 14, 2025The community is safe and clean and well-landscaped. The leasing office is friendly and responsive along with the maintenance and other crews who work on the property. The community has close access to Oak Grove and Pine Banks and is close to stores. I know that people like that it’s dog friendly, but I’d prefer a community with no dogs. Dogs also raise the cost of managing properties.
