Windsor is professionally managed from the moment we toured to signing our lease to living here. The grounds are well kept, the maintenance staff is courteous and efficient, and the on-site managers are prompt in their replies to any questions we may have. Highly recommend Windsor at Pinehurst apartments.

To much money for not so great place

You don't get for what you pay for, they are suppose to pick up trash at 6pm and they usually don't until 11pm while you're trying to sleep. Quiet times are after 8pm, and if you're lucky you have a great neighbor that blasts music until 1 am, and staff does not ever do anything about it, except send an email to everyone reminding them of quiet hours. This is a non smoking community and our neighbors smoke so much marijuana that it seeps through our walls, again, nothing is ever done about it. ...
Also it is right on Wadsworth and can only make a right turn to leave. Terrible location. They shut down amenities for almost 3 months, but we still paid for them. Would not recommend for the price. They also tried to raise everyone's rent by almost 500 dollars. Choose wisely.

Windsor at Pinehurst has been a wonderful experience for my husband and me. We have been here about 7 months. Any time we had an issue that needed attending to, it was done immediately. The office staff and maintenance are wonderful. The apartment was so clean upon move-in. The grounds are beautiful. A wonderful home for us and our kitty boys!!
