September 18, 2020Windtree condos use to be a nice place to live now it’s run down manage by someone who is incompetent to manage it and it’s embarrassing that’s 2 stars despite it being in lake highlands and all the residents paying the association while the condos are burned down, rodents and roaches everywhere, there is no management and the office always closed. Hope this changes NOW not in the future.Review from Apartments.com

It's ok for 1 person
July 27, 2015My current apartment is a 1 bedroom and its great for a single person. I have a great landlord my only issue is my family size. I have a family of 6 (4 kids under the age of 6)and it's really cramped where we are now. We are looking for a new place and a year/ lifetime of free rent would surely give us plenty of breathing room.Review from Apartments.com
