The genuine factory feel, my very spacious 2 bedroom loft, the super dog friendly environment, management is very nice and responsive to problems, fun events and the cute pool make meeting your neighbors easier than most places. A Wonderful Place To Live
June 15, 2021I've been living in the Wire Works Lofts on the Square for almost 14 years, so I'm well acquainted with life in these apartments. The previous owner was Very remiss in proper care of this property, and because of that, the reputation of these beautiful buildings suffered. However, this property is now under New management, and the beauty of these apartments is being restored, and they are again becoming a community that assures comfortable living in a secure environment. The grounds are once ...again beautiful, and the apartments thoughtfully refurbished and up to date. I am More than satisfied with the changes that were long overdue and which are now being made, and I look forward to continuing to live here. The current management has more than proven that they are committed to returning these beautiful buildings to what they once were. They are sincere, helpful, respectful and kind. May 5, 2018I lived there for a year. I enjoyed the open floor plan. However you can hear your neighbors. The pool party's where great and the people are awesome. I like how they took away the master code so it would prevent a bunch of random people from coming in. Due to heavy rains my roof started to leak and they tried to fix it multiple time but there weren't able to and it kept leaking.Review from Apartments.com

August 9, 2015My unit is 1360 sq. feet, has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The unit itself is stunning and very unique. Some exposed brick, two big windows and exposed original timber ceiling. Absolutely love the apartment. There is a great pool area, community gas grill and the whole compound is secured with metal gates accessed by card key or remote. Water and Trash are included in rent as well as one paring spot in the gated lot. Management is somewhat slow to respond the few times ive needed them but ...maintenence is very responsive. Only real drawback is that the walls are kind of thin. I can sometimes hear my nextdoor neighbor's TV and my upstairs neighbor walking around. It doesn't bother me much but it could be important to others. Over all, I live this place and would recommend it to anybody.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
