This place is absolutely disgusting and vile. I have submitted 4 written requests regarding my plumbing issues. I can’t even shower in my own apartment. Both of my showers do not drain. My bathtub constantly has sewage backed up, my standalone shower has visible stagnant water filling up half the drain. Each time I submit a request, the maintenance team comes out snakes the drain (which does not affect the issue whatsoever) leaves with the problem unresolved, then the cycle repeats. There is also ...

visible mold in the A/C unit. Not to mention this place is a breeding ground for feral stray cats, they multiply every month. I’m a very simple tenant, I pay my rent on time every month, all I ask for is working utilities, water / AC / electricity which they can hardly supply. Notice how they don’t address severe issues in these reviews. DO NOT MOVE HERE OR EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.

I dont even live there and i called to get information on it and the leasing agent "Kathy" spoke in a low tone so hardly could understand her and than when i asked about the loft having a possible garage or not. She hung up on me. If she hangs up on me when im a potential customer than i can only imagine how unhelpful she is if i needed important information as a tenant and i called back and she sent me straight to voicemail. RUN!! RUN!! RUN!! This property used to be GREAT! The office staff and maintenance crew are GREAT! HOWEVER! The new company that now owns this property is not. Are we going Section 8? There was lots of promises of fixing this place up and making it back to it's prime. Right after it was purchased, there were some amazing changes being made. Then we get a new regional manager that has stopped everything and is raising rent, pet rent, and cutting costs back on everything. It's all about the ...

money! I've have had multiple electrical issues, still not fixed. Squirrels are in the ceiling and walls. Buildings are absolutely falling apart. As soon as my lease is up, I'm moving! I can go get more for less than I am/will be paying here. The property looks like a bomb has been dropped on it. But the resources are not available to clean it up. It is so sad to see something so beautiful become run down in just a matter of months!

I really enjoy the setting of the apartment complex. Since the new management and new owners have taken over they are really working hard to clean up and making the upgrades that need to be made. Management is easy to get along with really takes care of the tenants.

Since new management has taken over I have seen lots of much needed stuff being done to the property. Upgrades inside & out. They are much more friendly than the previous, I will be renewing my lease when it comes time, excited to see what this place has in store & the upcoming renovations!
