Getting ready to move in!

I found these apartments thru this website and visited the leasing office. I liked what I saw and applied and was approved within 4 hours of turning in my application to them! I am moving in next week with my fiance. They waived our deposit too so it is really cheap to move in.

Me and my husband have lived here 6 years and we are happy here. They have changed some rules since we first moved here but I think theyre good rules that benefit us who live here like towing cars that take up all of our parking spaces for the people who actually live here. I work nights so when I come home I can actually find a space close to my apartment door. Our apartment is very nice sized for just us 2. We live on the side that overlooks the creek. Dont move here

They don't fix anything and take forever to do it. They are roach infested. The ac went out 5 times in the course of 1 year. U pay alot of money for a little service. The upstairs floors are weak. U can feel the whole floor move when u walk. It's not worth it!!!!
