do yourself a favor n just look at another low income community, they will move you in with dirty carpets and a not so clean apartment just to blame you for the damages when you move out, couldn’t even do my own paperwork when i moved in because the lady wanted to fill out the errors herself. And good luck trying to get them to answer the phone in the office.

Es increíble que todavía no tenga respuesta. llevo 2 meses esperando, complete documentos , envié documentos adicionales solicitados por woodlake avalados por un contador y nada. Envié mis taxes del 2020, y todavía no recibo respuesta. A pesar de mi paciencia, ahora debo esperar de 4 a 6 semanas para recibir mi deposito. Dinero que recibieron rápidamente.

Apartment complex is decent and has recently been renovated. The only downfall is the corridors and stairs outside the apartments sometimes need to be pressure cleaned. Overall it is a good community.

My girlfriend and I just moved in and love the surrounding areas of Woodlake. We always see our neighbors out at the park having a great time with their children and we can definitely see us doing that one day here at Woodlake.

When I first moved in I noticed our ceiling was leaking. It has now been 6 months, and the problem has still not been fixed. I have to put a garbage can in my room every time it storms.
