New but not nice

This is the loudest place I have ever lived. You will hear all your neighbors conversations, TV and every step they take if someone is above you. I can also hear my neighbor snore which is a nice touch. The "driveway" to get into the parking lot is a nightmare. I am not sure how there's not an accident there every week. It is close to downtown but it can be a sketchy walk, especially at night. Good luck timing taking out your trash when someone isn't digging through the dumpster. It might look ...
