When our sink leaked, I scheduled maintenance through the portal but never heard back. They called a week later, saying maintenance was there, despite my request for an appointment. They don’t do appointments, so I fixed the sink myself. Utilities have been another issue; we weren't charged for two months, then suddenly received multiple bills along with a note to register for electric service just before moving out. Communication has been poor overall, with notices posted days late and little email follow-up. We had exterminators scheduled but received only a four-day notice. We kenneled our cat, but the exterminators didn’t show, and there was no apology for the mismanagement.
