2 Bedroom
August 21, 2015All utilities included in the rent, even cable with HBO!! Only have to pay for internet access. Wonderful neighborhood. Close to 2 buses and a train that take you into center city. Great neighbors. The buildings are good (can't hear your neighbors through the walls or floor), and the property is well lit and the grounds are well kept. The laundry rooms could use improvement (new appliances, more than 2 washers and two dryers to share between 2 buildings!!). The trash pick up is consistent, ...although, it could sometimes wake you up because the truck is so loud. The only issue I had was in the winter. A few times, it took so long for the ice to be removed from the walkways and sidewalk that I had to miss work because I couldn't leave my apartment! (I'm not skating over ice across the parking lot!). The pool is nice and the Clubhouse is awesome!! ( My favorite amenity) They have amazing drink and food specials and always have fun events going on. Lovely bartenders, probably the best in the area! Woodmere Apartments of Summit Park Communities
August 9, 2015My boyfriend and I have been living in Woodmere Apartments (a part of Summit Park Communities) for almost 4 years. Our one bedroom is spacious with large closets, a kitchen pantry, pool, and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. It is located in Andorra- a suburb of Philadelphia close to shopping, dining, and great schools. I would say it is definitely a family-friendly space. Our neighbors are friendly and there is never any noise or commotion. Another great part of living in Woodmere is that we ...are able to utilize the Clubhouse located at Summit Park- the main building just across the street. The clubhouse has a gym, bar, and pool. Summit Park Communities also plans daily and weekly events for their residents such as discount tickets to the movies, Quizzo nights, shuttle services to Manayunk and Conshohocken on weekends, different work out classes, and organized trips- we went to the zoo this past June which was great way to save money by using the shuttle and getting a discounted group rate. It's definitely a great place to live and the prices are reasonable and worth the amenities that are included.
