June 24, 2020I am so happy I left this complex! Do not move here, you will regret it! The complex has been recently bought by a new company and they are worse than the last. The manager, Ana, is never there. Even on Tuesdays when she is “suppose” to be at the complex. She is out doing her personal errands. Takes forever to get work orders done. Some of the amenities are not even a perk. Grills don’t work, the pool is basically used by the whole street(management doesn’t care), trash is all over the parking ...lot, roaches and rodents. God forbid you park one minute in the fire lane to unload groceries, you will get your car towed. But management can park their cars and their family/friend’s cars in the fire lane.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 2, 2019They refuse to fix anything instead putting bandaid on everything just to get you by. The plumbing here is so bad, you can’t use your garbage disposal or your toilet for that matter without issue.Anytime you or your neighbors have a problem with there plumbing it will back up in your house and garage. The water is constantly off, and most of the time it’s no hot water. Do yourself a favor, rent somewhere else!!Review from Apartments.com
