March 26, 2026I have lived here over 15 years and never had any major problems until now. In the coldest months I went almost a month without heat and now going on almost 5 months without air conditioning. October 1, 2025The property has potential if they get the correct leadership. The gym is always out of order, the pool always opens late (June vs Memorial Day) and closes before Labor Day alway bc of an issue. The front office did not answer the phone, work orders go incomplete for longer than normal periods of time.Property Manager Responded

July 20, 2025The maintenance is horrible. The AC doesn’t work. I put in two tickets. The AC is still at 84 degrees daily. We have 4 fans running daily. It should not take me purchasing fans for this new move in apartment. This should be against property protocol.Property Manager Responded

June 24, 2025I have went months with a kitchen drawer. The staff has limited hours in the office. Gym has only been available for the two months that I have lived here. Roaches scatter everywhere outside at night.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance
June 2, 2025We have been renting here since 2022, and honestly it isn’t the worst place to be however it’s far from the best given the area we are in. We have had purple paint splattered on our blinds from previous tenants no one ever took care of getting us new ones. We have had issue after issue living here from a mold in the 200 buildings, to a main line issue in our kitchen/living room in the new unit we had to move too up front and not having a workable kitchen for 3-4 weeks and now unfinished work in ...shower. Water leak from upstairs had the ceiling coming down into our tub and it took a week of a work order being open and finally a visit to the office for anything to start getting done. They closed the work order 5/7 and we have been waiting ever since for them to finish fixing it. It’s just one layer of cracked mud and looks horrible. I understand it takes time to fix things but almost a month and we have yet to even see anyone come to finish the job is just ridiculous. We feel we can’t even put in work orders for things that need to be fixed cause it never gets done or it takes 6 months.Property Manager Responded
