I just moved in and my apartment was clean and so far maintenance has been here when requested. The management folks are very nice and helpful. The grounds are kept neat and mowed often. They need some landscaping done since last years freeze and I was told they are planning that this next year. I am very comfortable and enjoying my new neighbors who are all very friendly.

Im 85 years old and Ive lived here for 11 years on May 1. I especially like that our homes are all one-story and all units have front and back doors. Its very quiet and peaceful here and I love that its surrounded by woods on three sides so we can see deer; also hear coyotes at night. The neighbors are friendly and usually helpful. The office management and staff are courteous, cheerful and helpful, and maintenance is prompt and courteous. Moving here was the right choice for me!

This complex could be very pretty if taken care of. The landscape could certainly be enhanced for a more inviting and relaxing atmosphere with the adding of commercial floral areas. The residents would be able to get to know one another and enjoy the community they are paying for with some Social Distancing in the various amenities instead of all socializing being curtailed entirely due to COVID-19. Many other Senior Communities are finding ways to accomplish this to help with the shut-in ...
