So far so good! Hallway carpets could use some stain removing! Also was told I had an outstanding balance after already paying rent due to “incorrect math”. I didn’t even check, just paid the balance.

Rude staff refused to show apartments

I went to the Dartmouth while looking at several places in the N Hills area. The woman who cane out from the back office was rude and dismissive. I asked to see a 1 bedroom apartment and she responded there was nothing available. I said that’s ok, I had a flexible timeline (still waiting for my furniture to ship overseas) but she wouldn’t even respond. Never asked us to sit down, never asked my timelines or price range, nothing. Given how awful the staff was, I can only imagine how much worse and ...

I recently moved to Raleigh, as well as into the Dartmouth, I couldn’t be more pleased. I can honestly say that everything has exceeded my expectations. The location is perfectly located in the heart of North Hills. The amenities in the building are just as they look in the pictures, actually better. The staff is super helpful and friendly. It’s a great place to live!

My wife and I have lived at The Dartmouth since moving you Raleigh two years ago, and we have loved this complex. The people are kind. We get plenty of use out of the gym, pool, and community grills, but the best part is the excellent location. Within a 2-10 minute walk we can go to a bowling alley, movie theater, gym, several restaurants, and a few bars. The price-tag on these apartments was off-putting to me at first, but after living here I can tell you it’s worth the extra dollars.
