February 27, 2020Way too overpriced! Moved into a dirty apartment. WAY too much theft in this area! “Free” WiFi is SLOW and always out of service!!! The new door system they had installed never works! And you have to email them telling them it’s out of service, no one is proactive here. Bedrooms are small and the walls are paper thin (you can hear every conversation and the people walking above you!) Don’t let their “new” amenities trick you!Property Manager Responded

ESCAPE NOW IF YOU CAN!!!
September 3, 2019Want to live in a place under continuous construction? A place where management gives you less than 18 hour notice telling you to move all your furniture so they can put in an A/C (and then never shows up and makes you do it over again 5 days in a row)? Want a place where they will do construction on the evenings and weekends without warning you in advance? Want a place where they take away your use of the laundry room for months on end and make you take it out? Then this is the place for you!! ...Management won't answer questions. They just don't care. Gotta get those renovations in to suck more $$$ from future residents. Don't fall for it - their A/C isn't enough to cool the entire apartment. Go somewhere else while you can.Property Manager Responded

Large-scale building improvements can sometimes create temporary disruptions for residents, and we understand how challenging that can feel when construction is ongoing. Since that time, the renovation project at YG Flats has been fully completed. The building updates, including the installation of air conditioning systems and other improvements, are now finished, and the community is no longer undergoing the construction activity you described. Our team has also worked to improve communication processes and overall resident experience in the years since these renovations were completed.
