Over the years I lived in chapel ridge, I am highly disappointed with the management, maintenance and lack of communication with fixing things around my apartment. There’s a bad rodent problem with chapel ridge there was more then 10 rats that’s was in my walls of my apartment and roaches.The cutting grass problem is one of the main factors too due to the fact that the grass can get taller then a tree branch basically they never cut the grass and i myself have to cut my own grass to keep it at a ...

level I can manage. I highly suggest you stay far away from chapel ridge.

Poor management and maintenance!

These people don’t fix anything! They lie to you and make excuses and before you know it months have passed and nothings been done. The manager doesn’t walk the property, she drives around it. They don’t have regular pest control. The maintenance people half fix things and smell like all they do is get high all day, on the job. I don’t even know how they have a good rating. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived!
