Rough on the outside, nice on the inside

The inside of apartments are surprisingly nice with faux wood floor and carpet on bedroom. Maintenance strives to keep them looking nice in the inside( at least the unit I went in) but the outside is intimidating. Definitely drug-abusing residents live there and there are frequent physical fights.

These apartments are not the prettiest but the management staff is awesome. The apartments have large floor plans and are close to schools and shopping. I'd recommend these to new Dallas residents.
