The living conditions of these apartments are absolutely disgusting. There’s mold in the air vents & There’s tons of rodents and insects that will even be there when you move in because they’re painted over and embedded in drawers and walls There will be fake walls that are actually boards under sinks where rodents get to and from and they will do absolutely nothing about and if they do come to your house, they’ll lock you out and make you pay for a locksmith to get back in They will nickel for ...
any little thing and charge you fees for anything even if they say they will dispute them they don’t. Your bathtub will rust and is completely painted over so you’ll be taking a bath and lead paint .
Your showerhead will spew out rust constantly every time you take a shower this place is as good as a pop-up tent. These are some of the most ghetto apartments I’ve ever resided in, and I personally believe they need to be demolished along with the new management.
