The LoDo section of Denver has plenty of great pubs, clubs and bars for apartment-ites looking for a way to spend their evening. The problem, therefore, isn't finding a terrific locale to spend your night, as much as trying to find the bar that's right for you. One of the top spots in LoDo for a great beer while catching the big game is the Giggling Grizzly. It's been bringing in sports fans and beer fans like for years, and with all their popularity, they're sure to get a great crowd in the future as well. If you're looking for a great bar with a lively crowd, make your way over to the Giggling Grizzly. The first important part of any bar is a delicious selection of brews. They have a fantastic variety, from local favorites to beers from around the world, as well as a good selection of wine as well. They also make a mean mixed drink, and with intelligent bartenders, you're sure to get a strong, well-mixed drink everytime. For special deals, make sure to come during happy hour, where you can get two dollar domestics and well drinks. They also have daily specials, such as two fifty vodka, rum or Budweiser every Saturday, or dollar fifty pabst blue ribbon drafts, two dollar Miller high-life bottles, and three dollar jager shots on Wednesday nights. One thing you wouldn't expect from a bar like this is a varied, delicious menu. They have a number of fantastic options, from appetizers, to sandwiches, to Tex-Mex dishes. To start thing off, try their 20th Street Wings, potato skins, onion rings, friend mushrooms or mozzarella sticks, or try their combination plate with fingers, rings, mozzarella sticks, and skins. After that, you can try one of their burger or sandwich options, including Bruin burger, with Swiss cheese and bacon, the Kodiak burger, with peppers, onions and pepperjack cheese, or the green chili burger with pepper jack and green chili. You could also try their turkey or chicken club wrap, or grilled ham, turkey, and cheese sandwiches. Make sure to try their Tex-Mex dishes, including chicken quesadillas, bean and cheese burrito, or the grizzly quesadilla. LoDo is hopping with happening night joints, but few places do the sports bar as well as the Giggling Grizzly. Denver apartment-ites looking for a great place to catch the game, while also grabbing some good grub, and downing a couple of cool brews, there's nowhere better.
