Down the street from BJs, Safeway, international grocery stores, CVS and 10 minutes to Kingstowne Plaza (HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Regal Theater, and World Market), Springfield Mall, 5 minutes to 395 and 10 minutes to 495. Ideal Northern Virginia location, easy to get around Virginia and easy to get to DC. Bus stop 1 block away that takes you to Van Dorn Metro.
