Its never out of the question to hop in the truck and head over to Piney Woods Park to toss a ball around or get a full fledged game rolling. Durham apartments residents with pets totally appreciate the dog park here and the picnic shelters are large enough to fit the whole crew under them for some burgers and dogs after the game. There is a large and small dog park, both fenced and for registered dogs only. Check out the soccer field, the baseball field and the awesome playgrounds. Bring the kids out here or just check out the action alone. There is much to do here for sporting types or even those that just want a little fun in the sun.
