Nonsmoking units Application fee is $100, upon approval $60 goes towards your deposit! Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. Dogs over 40lb must be approved by property owner with the submission of a picture to verify height and weight and no large breeds are allowed. Dogs must be crated when tenant is not home and during maintenance or showing of unit. Showings are by appointment only. M-F, 10 AM - 7 PM. We do not show Saturday and Sunday. The house, licensed by the city, is locally owned and managed by the Schneider family (serving Lawrence tenants for 40+ years). Financial Requirement: Each applicant must prove they have 4x's the entire rent (for the unit) in permanent income, or applicant must have a Guarantor, who lives in the continental United States, and owns real estate in the continental United States. We must be able to verify that the Guarantor owns the property through the county where the real estate is located. All applicants must qualify on their own/ independent of co-applicants (no applicant may share a Guarantor). All applicants must have at least 3 years of consecutive rental history otherwise the applicant is required to have a Guarantor. This is a 1 bedroom apartment located on the first floor. The entrance is in the back of the house via the private deck. You enter into the kitchen which has light oak cabinets, stove, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The living room is off the kitchen. It has a wood floor and a window air conditioner. The bedroom is off the living room. It has wall to wall carpeting and a double closet with sliding mirror doors. The bathroom is off of the bedroom. It has a tub shower combination and built-in vanity. This apartment comes with 1 off street parking space. It is on a quiet, bricked, one block street between 13th and 14th Street. “One block street” means that can only be gotten to from 13th or 14th Street. You can easily walk to the downtown area, KU, and Dillons grocery store. Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit.
