House with 2 units 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Second floor of the house Tub with shower Dishwasher and Fridge Compact stove & oven. Large living room wood and Vinyl floors 2 off street parking place Stacked washer and dryer Nonsmoking units Application fee is $100, upon approval $40 goes towards your deposit! Tenants pay all utilities. Security deposit is equal to a month's rent. Spayed/Neutered Cats and Dogs are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. (All dogs must be crated when tenant is not home) (Dogs are subject to weight restrictions) Showings are by appointment only. M-F, 10 AM - 7 PM. We do not show Saturday and Sunday. The house, licensed by the city, is locally owned and managed by the Schneider family (serving Lawrence tenants for 40 years). Financial Requirement: Each applicant must prove they have 4x's the entire rent (for the unit) in permanent income, or applicant must have a Guarantor, who lives in the United States, and owns real estate in the United States. We must be able to verify that the Guarantor owns the property through the county where the real estate is located.
