Hardwood floors stretch across this two-bed, two-and-a-half bath property. Starting from the ground floor up, you'll first find a two-car, tandem garage with a back door to the patio. Entering through the door and at the top of the first staircase, you arrive at the main floor with ample space for entertaining across the living room, dining room, and kitchen making for an open floor plan filled with natural lighting. For those summer months, you'll be pleased to learn that the townhome has central air conditioning. As for the winter months, the furnace and gas fireplace will add a cozy touch. Off the living room is a patio perfect for BBQing. The kitchen includes new appliances and storage. At the base of the staircase leading to the third floor is a half bath. And upon climbing to the top floor, you'll find a laundry closet with a washer and dryer, the first bedroom with a detached bathroom on the left of the hallway, and the primary bedroom and bath on the right. Both full bathrooms include storage space and tub units. Home Owners Association (HOA) dues are covered by the property owner. The tenant is on tap for establishing trash, gas, water, electricity, internet, and cable services. First & last month's rent and security deposit are due at signing. Ask about our pet policy. No smoking allowed. Move-in availability as soon as September 15, 2025. Interested applicants will need to complete an application in order to tour the property. Utilities and Maintenance: Home Owners Association (HOA) dues are covered by the property owner. Tenant on point to establishing trash, gas, water, electricity, internet and cable services. Maintenance responsibilities of the property owner include appliance and plumbing repair - larger scale issues - and are expected to be communicated quickly as necessary. All contact information and details will be shared with the tenant once selected. Payment and Availability: First month's rent and security deposit are due at signing. See about our pet requirements if applicable. Move in availability as soon as February 1, 2026. This is a one year lease agreement. Renewals to be communicated and worked through with the property owner and staff as applicable. Interested applicants will need to complete an application and pay a one time, final application fee before scheduling a tour of the home. Rules: Max. of two pets are allowed and a one time + final pet deposit of $400 is required if a pet will live on the property. Dogs small and medium sized only; max. of 50 pounds. No smoking allowed. The garage is available for tenants to park in. Guest parking is available on-site but for short term only due to HOA rules and requirements.
