Freezer thaw
March 13, 2024I had an issue with some food that wasn’t fully frozen which worried me, maybe the freezer wasn’t getting cold enough. I submitted my maintenance request and within a few hours Michael had checked it out to make sure it was working properly. He called and let me know it was working great. Excellent help.
