This tiny jewel in the heart of the Lower Garden District at the corner of St. Mary and Prytania has fresh paint, walls of windows, and is steps from a shared courtyard and your new pool. Is she perfect? No, she's small, and the laundry machines are across the courtyard, but she has a full-sized bathroom with tub/shower and full-sized appliances in the kitchen, but *gasp* no dishwasher (I said, she's tiny, but she's really pretty). Now that you know her faults, come see her charms. I mentioned the pool right? Oh, and it's one block off St. Charles and a few blocks from a very groovy section of Magazine St. Hello flagship Juan's and Miette :). Oh yeah details: sewer and water, basic cable, and internet are included in the rent. You pay the electricity. Heating and AC is split-level units, one on each floor. Because yes, this cozy condo has a spiral staircase. But alas, no pets are allowed.
