No smoking allowed on property or in unit. Rent is $1295/Month Minimum Deposit is $1500 (subject to increase). Required first month’s rent and security deposit due upon move in. Month to month rental agreement. Application standard process: view the property, receive an application, once a completed application is submitted, we will review and verify the following: rental history, income verification, criminal history, and any other supplemental information required.
