This spacious, one-of-a-kind home is looking for someone new to occupy one of the bedrooms! This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath house that is rented by room. Our home is located in a quiet gated community with a TON of outdoor space, conveniently located less than 10 minutes from USM. Over the last six years, this home has been a great place for college/graduate students, recent graduates, and adults in their mid-to-late 20s. We have one room that will become available beginning August 15th or September 1st, 2026. Rent is $650/room with a $650 security deposit. Utilities (wifi, electricity, water/sewer) are not included in rent but are split four ways. All landscaping is taken care of by the property manager or the HOA. Lease length can be negotiable - a 6 or 12 month lease is ideal. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. No smoking inside. The other tenants include three women in their mid-20s, two of which are graduate students at USM (social work & clinical psychology) and the third who is a practicing therapist. LGBTQ+ friendly! About Your Space: Your private room comes with a large window overlooking the gated side yard, filled with azalea bushes, magnolia trees, longleaf pines, and other native plants. The closet is very wide (7.5 feet) and comes with wall-to-wall hanging space, a storage shelf above the clothing rack, and plenty of room for drawers below. You'd share the full bathroom with only one another person, which includes a bathtub, showerhead, toilet, sink, and two large cabinets.
