Rent payment: Due on the 1st of each month, paid through PayNearMe (online or at participating retailers). Payment details provided after lease signing. 8. Pet policy: Pets considered case-by-case. $250 non-refundable pet fee at move-in, plus $25/month per pet. Certain breed restrictions apply per our insurance policy. ESAs accommodated under Fair Housing with valid provider documentation, no pet fees. 9. Housing Choice Vouchers: Accepted under our standard screening criteria. 10. Screening standards: Minimum 650 credit score, gross monthly income of at least 2.75x rent, no outstanding balances with Ameren or Spire, no active unpaid rental debt, no unsatisfied eviction judgments.
