This is a fantastic place to enjoy the sunrise beaming off the Oakland hills or go watch the sunset from the rooftop deck. It is an amazing location to take a stroll at a nearby park or drive to a nearby trail. The best part, in my opinion, is the ability to take a quick walk to the numerous restaurants that Piedmont Ave has to offer. Catch a movie at Piedmont Theater, or stop by Fenton’s for a sweet treat. The breakfast, lunch and dinner options are endless. Blue Bottle, Peets, or my favorite, Snow White coffee, is a 2-5 minute walk. Other perks this apartment has is being incredibly close to I-580, I-24, Oakland Kaiser Hospital, CVS, Piedmont Grocery and many scenic trails for pleasant walking or running routes. 99 Walk Score 63 Transit Score (15min walk to MacArthur Bart, close to many AC Transit lines) 87 Bike Score Amenities: Gated covered parking, locked storage unit in building, rooftop deck (can see bay bridge), washer and dryer onsite, elevator.
