As you enter the apartment, you're greeted with a large dining & living room that opens up to a large balcony overlooking the woods & a nearby pond. The large kitchen has plenty of cabinet space & two pantries. Down the hall you'll find a large bathroom with a stackable washer/dryer & the first bedroom. Both bedrooms come with plenty of closet space, including a walk-in close in the master bedroom. At the end of the hall is your master bedroom with a full bathroom. You'll also have access to a huge storage room on the ground floor & an assigned parking spot right in front of the building. In the summertime, you'll have access to a large pool, a pond, tennis court & barbecue grills. This is a very quiet & peaceful neighborhood located right next to Oakville High School. There is a $50 application fee & applicants pay for a one-time background check fee (owner will email instructions to applicant). Rent is set at $1,800. Both rent & a $1,800 security deposit are due upon lease signing. One-year minimum lease required. Renters insurance also required. This is a non-smoking, pet free unit.
