Summer time, the old Lake Oswego antique trolly goes by and will pick you up in the parking lot and take you to the South blocks or catch it on the way back and go to Lake Oswegos farmers market. Beautiful view of Mt St Helens on clear days and a fantastic view of the new Sellwood Bridge. Wild life is absolutely amazing, beavers, otters, eagles, off spray, sea lions... 2 Kayaks, 1 canoe available for your use. 1/2 bath laundry room on first floor. Our tenant will be moving out in June, we are putting in new carpet in bedrooms, luxury vinyl 1st floor and other upgrades, so will be available for move in on July 1st. Can NOT see it until tenant moves out! Would be happy to show you around the outside by appointment ONLY! DO NOT walk around the home uninvited! 1 year lease ONLY NO month to month!
