The ceiling is somewhat low with a ceiling fan so tall people probably won't be comfortable here. The other small room is occupied by a PhD student. The house is located near the University of Arkansas, Razorback Greenway nature and bike trail, and bus 26 passes by every 20 minutes 6 days a week to the University of Arkansas up north Leverett Avenue and to Northwest Arkansas Mall and Walmart Supercenter down North Leverett Avenue. A 24 hour laundromat is across the street. Harps supermarket and Walmart on campus are located 5 to 10 minutes from the house on foot, and Benny's bagels is opening up across the street in a few days. The small, shared kitchenette is partially furnished, the small, shared full bathroom has a tub and a shower, two windows for natural air ventilation, a small vanity sink, and small shelves. There is one small closet with a lock fixture that you can secure is outside in the miniature hallway between the two private rooms. Each closet has a lock as well as each door has its own lock and key, and the main door also has a lock and key, and the fence downstairs that enters the private pathway to enter the private stairwell and private small balcony also has a lock, so there's plenty of security and it's a safe area, so you'll be fine. In conclusion, this is a shared space with two rooms one of which is being offered and the other room is currently occupied by a quiet graduate student at the university.
