Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), an outdoor grilling area, a fitness center, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a smart TV with streaming apps installed. Enjoy complimentary coffee during your stay. Parking is available for $20 per day per car, but spaces are limited. Parking downtown in Cincinnati next to the stadiums is extremely scarce, so please let us know ahead of time to arrange parking. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for additional fees. Nestled on the Cincinnati riverfront in the Banks neighborhood, this apartment is beside Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, and The Andrew J. Brady ICON Music Center. The area offers an energetic and diverse lifestyle at the heart of the action. A car isn’t necessary to explore, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent. The area is full of energy and charm, where the sounds of music, cheerful conversations, and the hum of the city may occasionally drift in, especially in the evenings. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No smoking or parties are allowed, and there is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and a valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations.
