We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is gas-operated and should not be left unattended. Pet cleaning fees apply, and pets should be kept off beds and furniture. Security cameras are installed for compliance with local laws, but no cameras are in private areas.
