For entertainment, the living room boasts a 65-inch smart TV with Netflix. The home also includes a washer and dryer in-unit, central heating and air conditioning, and premium linens and pillows for all sleeping arrangements. Spacious closets with hangers, nightstands, and reading lamps are provided in the bedrooms. Free parking is available on the street. It is located 1 minute from Glacier Ridge Playground and Walking Trails, 5 minutes from Stoney Trail and Shaganappi Trail, 7 minutes from local shopping, 10 minutes from grocery stores like Costco and T&T, 15 minutes from Nose Hill Park, 18 minutes from Calgary International Airport, and 20 minutes from Downtown Calgary, the Calgary Zoo, and Prince's Island Park. It is also 1.5 hours from Banff, Canmore, and Kananaskis. There may be potential noise in the basement during your stay due to renovations. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Any damaged linens, towels, utilities, or equipment upon check-out will be subject to fees. Guests must follow all municipal guidelines for garbage, recycling, and compost; loose or improperly disposed waste may result in a $120 excessive pickup fee, and failure to sort waste will result in a $100 fee.
