In-unit washers and dryers as well as granite countertops in kitchens are standard, and each home has individually controlled heating and air conditioning. There is no on-site parking, but parking is available at an additional charge right across the street from the building. Cats and dogs are accepted throughout (dog breed and weight restrictions apply) and there is a green patch for Fido right outside.
