As a historic property, please only flush toilet paper to protect the sensitive plumbing. Centralized heat is used in the winter; a portable heater is provided as there is no A/C. Parties, smoking, and drug use are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per hour. A small $7.50 community safety charge applies. Guests must be 21 or older to instantly book; those under 21 can book with a double pre-authorization. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am.
