Enjoy the large fenced yard, giving dogs plenty of safe space to play. Guests also enjoy a private pier—great for fishing, watching wildlife, or simply soaking in the quiet beauty of the bay. On-site parking is available for a maximum of three vehicles and pets are permitted, up to 2 dogs of any size, with a pet fee of $125 plus tax per pet. Rottweilers and Pit Bulls are not allowed. Beach towels are not provided. This cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm, whether you’re beach-hopping, exploring local restaurants and shops, or relaxing under the oak trees. It's a great location for golfers and anglers, with attractions like Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Fort Morgan Historic Site, Gulf State Park, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Track Family Fun Park, Waterville USA, Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, The Wharf at Orange Beach, and the Dauphin Island Ferry nearby. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation. Violators of the no-smoking policy, which prohibits smoking in the unit/house as well as the balcony, will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs.
